BRIDAL BIB RETURN POLICY


For online or phone purchases:

Although we do list future use suggestions for the Bridal Bib, the industry still considers wedding related merchandise to be of a one use nature, and therefore our policies are strictly enforced. Please understand every bride wants a fresh, never used, never handled item for her wedding day and not something that another customer has returned, therefore we do not accept returns for any reason other than damaged or defective merchandise or if the item you received is incorrect.

If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise, you must contact us within 2 days of receipt of your shipment. It must be returned to us within 7 days of reporting the return to us, and it will be replaced for the exact same item. No refunds will be given. Shipping is never refundable.

On any custom made-to-order Bridal Bib per your specifications, we cannot accept returns. If the item you have received is incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the problem.

We recommend that Bridal Bibs be hand or machine washed on gentile, and dried on low heat in the dryer or hung to dry - this will reduce the risk of rhinestone loss and keep the garment looking it's best for years to come! Do not dry clean as this will damage rhinestones. We suggest ironing on a low setting up-side-down before using; do not iron over or close to crystals as they can be damaged. If these care instructions are not adhered to, we are not responsible for any damages as a result.

It is very rare for rhinestones to come loose from the Bridal Bibs, but should this happen, we will be happy to repair any defects from normal wear up to one year from original purchase date.
